Contact our team for the latest trial class offers at each gym. We usually have trial sessions so you can try before you decide.
What should I bring ?
Just workout clothes, shoes, and water. Gloves and training gear are provided in class.
Can I join if I've never worked out before ?
Absolutely. Let us know in advance and your trainer will adjust the intensity to suit you.
Can I book for a group ?
Yes. Tell us the group size in the form or on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange the right session.
